Lay Away Terms and Conditions

30 Days = Two Payments

50% down, remaining 50% due 30 days after date of purchase.

60 Days = Three Payments

40% down, 30% due in 30 days, remaining 30% due 60 days after date of purchase.

90 Days = Four Payments

40% down, 20% due in 30 days, 20% due in 60 days, and remaining 20% due 90 days after date of purchase.

*Maximum layaway that can be requested is 90 days.

*All layaway purchases have a single $7.00 service charge to cover additional costs of time and fees.

*Once a layaway purchase has been requested via email, I will set up a special reserved layaway listing for the required down payment in my online store (I will notify you by return email when the listing is available to checkout).

*The first listing (down payment) will have your terms and conditions detailed in the description for you to read over.  It will also give a complete total for your purchase as well as a breakdown of payment amounts and due dates.  Shipping costs, taxes, etc. will all be included in the total.

*Each new payment will be due 30 days from the previous payment.  If you want to make your payment early, email me so I can set up your listing for that payment and you can checkout.

*I will send you a payment reminder email 5 days before a payment is due, as well as the day it is due.  The payment listing will be posted in my online store the day the payment is due, unless you request it to be posted earlier.

*As soon as the final payment is processed and your layaway purchase is paid in full, I will package and ship your item to you.  As with all purchases from my shop, items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

*If a buyer changes their mind and decides they do not want to purchase an item on layaway, you can request to cancel your agreement at any time.   There is a 25% restocking fee, or 50% of what you have paid to date, whichever amount is lower.   You will be refunded the difference.

*Coupons are not accepted on layaway purchases.  If you are a return customer and have earned any Buyer Loyalty Points, you may use them.

*Failure to pay any payments within the specified and agreed upon terms will cancel the layaway agreement and buyer will forfeit all monies paid up to that point.  If you are unable to pay a payment on time, or for the full amount, please notify me by email BEFORE the payment is due so we can work something out.

*Once a buyer has read their terms and conditions on the down payment listing and proceeds to checkout and makes  payment, they are agreeing to the terms of the layaway agreement.
